High waist skirt.
Part of the "The Gouverness" Oufit.
Made of dark grey marble patterned cotton.
Lacing on the backside to adjust width, frills right above the hem (took about six meters of fabric << ). Plus two strings added at the backpanels seams to be able to bustle it
